What if I register for a course, but cannot attend?
We understand that last minute changes do happen and use our best efforts to accommodate our Clients. If we receive written notice at least 7 days prior to the course date, you may request a full refund, provided the course tuition was paid in full. If we receive notice within the 7 day period before the course, you may send a replacement at no extra charge, but no refund will be authorized. Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be sent via e-mail or fax.
What if the course is cancelled by Verrico Associates?
In rare circumstances, Verrico may be required to cancel or reschedule a course; in this event Verrico Associates will contact you and you may elect to receive a full refund or apply the tuition paid to another Verrico course.
Note: In any case, Verrico will not refund any travel expenses or lost time. Refunds will be related to tuition charges only.
