Gap Analysis of Organization’s Risk Management Systems – identifying gaps in programs, determining resource needs and developing appropriate materials for certification of EHSS management systems.

Review of Gap/Nonconformance Status – reviewing previous gap analyses and internal audit reports and validating or developing corrective actions

Implementation Planning Assistance – developing reasonable action plans and providing guidance or assistance with the identified actions.

Communication and Crisis Management – helping companies with community outreach and crisis management plans.

Training – providing training for company implementation team members or internal auditors related to international EHSS standards and specifically tailored to the organization’s management system.

Focused Internal Working Sessions – working with typical “challenge areas” in developing management systems for the organization. Many companies find challenges in the areas of sales and marketing, product stewardship, supply chain operations, and other areas that typically are not in the mainstream of EHS&S.

Senior Management Presentation/Review – developing methodologies to satisfy management system requirements for senior management engagement and involvement and presenting these requirements to the management team.
