Brad Verrico, Chief Executive Officer: Brad has over 15 years of management systems and business process improvement experience, serving the chemical, transportation, pharmaceutical, health care and financial services industries. He personally wrote much of the RC14001 and RCMS technical specifications and guidance documents. He has worked with Clients throughout the world, and has been published in many major trade journals. Brad speaks frequently at industry meetings throughout the country.
Brad is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) in Responsible Care and Health and Safety.
Patrick Heringslack, Managing Associate: Patrick is an EHS&S professional who provides project support work and manages the daily operations of the business. His experience and expertise includes risk assessments, procedure development, site auditing, technical writing, project management, financial services, data analysis, and training.
Walter J. Stickley, Jr., Principal - Compliance Services and General Counsel: Walter is a seasoned corporate attorney with over 25 years of legal expertise in the areas of environmental and land use law, domestic and foreign trade, international law, and complex transactions. Walter’s expertise in industry, and his familiarity with critical areas of law that affect business, the environment and commerce, bring a wealth of expertise to clients who are seeking to quickly implement effective strategies that integrate legal, technical and business issues.
Rainer Ochsenkuehn, Senior Associate: Rainer has been consulting for over 10 years and in industry for over 15 years. He has a background in environmental management, business, industrial engineering, finance, and quality. Rainer has performed over 150 certification audits for ISO 14001, RC14001, OHSAS 18001 and RCMS. He provides training, consulting and auditing for a number of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemical and petrochemical companies, shipbuilders, general manufacturing, automotive, pulp and paper, steel industry and electronics.
Paul Little, Senior Associate (B.Sc., MBA): Paul has over 29 years of diverse experience in the Canadian and US chemical industries. He held senior management positions in logistics safety, regulatory and trade compliance. Paul was also active in the implementation of Responsible Care within the US and internationally. Paul is skilled at delivering practical and innovative solutions that improve supply chain efficiency, create a compliance culture and satisfy the customer. With a current focus on transportation safety, security and management systems, his strengths include strategic planning, integrity, analytical & problem-solving skills and the ability to lead and mentor teams that raise-the-bar on safety and compliance performance.
Craig Farr, PhD, DABT, Senior Associate: Dr. Farr has nearly 30 years of leadership in product regulation, toxicology, risk assessment and Product Stewardship within the chemical industry. He was part of the American Chemistry Council (ACC) team that wrote the original Product Stewardship Code and directed the design and implementation of the product regulatory management and Product Stewardship systems for large multinational chemical corporations. He has expertise in translating general regulatory requirements into specific business expectations. Craig has been very active with the ACC teams dealing with science policy, public health and risk assessment. Ria Scheuren, Senior Associate: Ria has over 20 years of diverse EHS related management experience in both private industry and consulting. For fifteen of those years, Ria held various EHS senior management positions at the corporate and business levels of global chemical companies. Ria has a strong focus on both the technical and management aspects of environmental and safety issues in the workplace. Marianne Payne, Associate: Marianne is a former air quality manager for a state environmental agency. There, she assessed regulatory compliance for multiple industries and commercial businesses. As a consultant, Marianne works with companies to implement multi-site EHS&S Management Systems. She has developed documentation processes for EHS&S procedures. She has been a compliance consultant for the majority of her 15-year career.

Mid-Atlantic Region
Don Verrico, Senior Advisor: Don is the founder of Verrico Associates and has over 35 years of EHS&S experience in industry and consulting. He is an advisor for a number of Clients and industries. His background is in production, marketing and environmental, health and safety in the chemical industry, working for 25 years for DuPont before founding our firm. Don was the architect of the American Chemistry Council’s (ACC) Responsible Care Management Systems Verification (MSV) process and was involved in the early phases of the development of RC14001 and RCMS.
Kevin Barrett, Associate: Kevin is an EHS&S professional with broad expertise in the chemical, pharmaceuticals and allied industries. He provides comprehensive support in EHS&S, product safety, product stewardship, implementation of management systems and risk management. He has developed comprehensive chemical hygiene plans, accident investigation programs and audit systems. Kevin is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). Ann Pettigrew, Associate: Ann has more than 25 years experience in all aspects of EHS&S management in the chemical industry. She has established and implemented global policy and management systems in the areas of chemical regulatory, toxicology, EHS&S and product stewardship. Ann is the former Vice President of EHS&S of a billion dollar global corporation. She led the development of the corporate REACh implementation process. In support of Clients throughout the world, Art performs EHS&S compliance and system audits, provides implementation assistance, and training for the chemical and manufacturing industry. Art is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA) in Responsible Care. Rich Barish, Associate: Rich has 18 years of quality and environmental management system experience. Rich has experience implementing ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, RCMS, and RC14001 systems with numerous manufacturing organizations. Rich has knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan development, as well as experience with SPC, SQC, Problem Solving Tools, Six Sigma, Lean, and CI. Rich also has knowledge in customer satisfaction measurement and improvement development. He is a RABQSA certified Lead Environmental Management Systems and Lead Quality Management Systems auditor. Hank Ramsey, Senior Associate: Hank has over 25 years of experience in the chemical industry with specific experience related to Regulatory/Product Stewardship, SAP, Environmental Compliance and product and process development. He is an approved trainer for RC14001 and RCMS. Vince Marchesani, PhD, Associate: Vince has over 30 years of EHS experience in the chemical industry both domestically and internationally and 10 years working for the New Jersey State government creating environmental rules. Vince was instrumental in the success of the Responsible Care program, has developed and implemented corporate EHS programs, crisis management plans, air quality indexes to communicate with stakeholders and customized performance measurement protocols. Vince has been published in several international journals and co-authored Volume V of the series Air Pollution by Stern which covered air pollution management.

Bob Beltrame, Associate: Bob performs audits of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, RCMS, RC14001 and ISO 9001. He trains EMS Auditors and provides customized EHS&S Management System courses. Bob has assisted in implementing EHS&S Management Systems for a number of facilities worldwide.

Lynn Hickingbottom, Associate: Lynn has 30 years of chemical industry experience related to implementation and auditing of EHS&S and Quality management systems. He is a BEAC certified lead QMS/EHS&S auditor and has served as project manager for the development and implementation and auditing of ISO 9001, RCMS and RC14001.

John Hansen, Associate: John has more than 20 years experience in the technology industry. He is an RAB-QSA Certified Lead Auditor for EHS&S and Quality Management Systems including RCMS, RC14001, ISO 14001, ISO 9000 and OHSAS 18001. John also conducts gap assessments, internal audits and registration surveillance audits.
Nikki Carlson, Associate: Nikki has over 30 years experience in the chemical industry with more than 20 years in EHS management at the facility (both manufacturing and research), business and corporate level. She has extensive experience in the development of EHS policies and programs at all levels. She successfully led the development and implementation of Responsible Care management systems and the integration into existing business and EHS management systems. Christopher Eacott, PhD, Associate: Chris has spent over 25 years in the chemical industry and has held numerous managerial positions in business management as well as research and development and customer technical service. In support of Clients throughout the world, Chris performs EHS&S management systems audits, provides implementation assistance and training for the chemical and manufacturing industry. He is actively involved with the European Union’s REACh legislation. He is based in the United Kingdom and has active involvement with the Chemical Industries Association (CIA), the European Chemical Industry Association (CEFIC) and the International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA).
Roberto Jiménez, Associate: Roberto is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor and a registered Professional Environmental Engineer. He conducts internal EHS&S audits, provides internal auditor training and compliance advisory services. Roberto is a lead auditor for RC14001, RCMS, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and NEPT/TCEQ-EMS and has provided verification services for corporate sustainability reports. He has conducted multi-media assessments for a wide variety of Clients. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of The Auditing Roundtable. Roberto is fluent in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Mandarin Chinese.
