Verrico Associates
Safety Assessments

Verrico Associates has been involved in the chemical, energy, transportation, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry/supply chains for over 15 years. Many of our Associates spent significant time working in these industries before coming to Verrico. Our Associates have been exposed to many approaches to safety and have worked with companies, large and small, to enhance performance. Verrico takes a practical approach to safety services with the following in mind:

1. What is your safety culture?
2. How does it compare to other companies in your field?
3. How can you measure safety?

Our Associates work with Clients to assess safety culture to help EHS&S professionals and Senior Management get an accurate picture of your foundation for performance improvement. The assessment includes a review of the employee involvement, internal and external communication and performance indicators, reactive and proactive, with an eye on continual improvement.

Leading Safety Indicators

To enable companies to continually improve, we work with Clients to measure safety performance. Verrico’s method is to use leading indicators to allow companies to measure safety performance prior to employee injuries. Through the tracking of these indicators (e.g. safety meeting attendance, safety suggestions, close call/near miss reports) and analyzing the data we’ll help you focus time and resources on the areas with the highest potential for injury.
